Q: Do you have a physical office location?

A: No, we do not currently have any physical office location. We are a purely digital business when it comes to our operations, but we are happy to meet with clients in person where distance permits. As we are based in Staffordshire in the UK, we are eager to meet with clients in the surrounding areas, or even greater distances when a project permits.

Q: Do you have a geographical range on clientele? I am not located nearby Toro!’s operations.

A: Not at all! We are a purely digital organisation, so we can happily assist clients all over the UK, EU, and beyond. Web conferencing and all sorts of digital communications keep us and your project’s progress at your fingertips, any time. In fact, we encourage clients from all over for as much exposure to as many different markets as possible!

Q: I know that I want to make some changes to my brand, but I’m not sure where to start. Do you charge for an initial consultation?

A: We never charge for a first initial consultation where you can tell us about what you’re looking for and how we can help bring that to life. Part of building a fantastic relationship with our clients is to make sure their vision and ideas are heard and we have a plan for them before money, fees, and costs enter the equation.

Q: I love my final product, but I’m a bit confused with how to maintain and utilise it. Do you offer any sort of ongoing support for your work after it’s complete.

A: Part of producing a successful product, to us, is creating something simple and easy to use for anyone, regardless of their skills and experience with technology. We aim to use the most simple yet powerful tools and platforms around to make sure our customers get the most stress-free bang for their buck, and can maintain their revamped brands themselves. However, if you’d like to take the entirety of that stress out of the picture for yourself, we are happy to discuss ongoing maintenance and consultation plans to continue providing our expert support.
